Mod/Helper Applications / READ: Rank privileges

These are the commands each rank can use. Any abuse of these commands will get you demoted.

Helper
  • Ability to jail, kick, and mute misbehaving players. /jail player spawn time, /kick player, /mute player
  • Immunity from muting, kicking, and jailing.
Moderator
  • Everything from helper.
  • Temporarily ban misbehaving players for up to 25 minutes. (fellow mods  are immune to this) /tempban player 1-25m
  • Use admin chat to talk to fellow mods and admins. /adminchat
  • Ability to vanish and tp to players.
  • Ability to use /fly.
This list may be updated later. Feel free to leave suggestions.

Announcements / MC Names now required for registration

Minor announcement. Minecraft names are now required if you want to make an account. This must be YOUR minecraft username, not a shared one. MC usernames will now also show under users avatar. Once name-changing is released, it will be editable or done by UUID but for now this is how it's going to be.

If you registered before this change, send me a message and I can change it for you.

General Talk / Qualifications for YouTuber rank

In order to spread the word of the server, I've put a youtuber rank in place. It doesn't do anything just yet except give you a fancy prefix but will do other stuff in the future.

In order to get this rank you need:
  • At least 500 (real) subscribers, or 200 if you're making a series of videos.
  • To do regular videos on the server OR do a server spotlight (regular videos preferred)
  • Display the server IP clearly in your video and/or in the description.
  • Show the server off in a positive way.
  • Cheating or exploits are NOT allowed in these videos.
This rank will give you:
  • A cool-looking prefix.
  • Nothing else, make some suggestions.
Failure to comply with these rules can get your rank removed.
Post in this thread with your in game name, youtube channel, and a short description to apply.
I may make exceptions, but don't count on it.

Mod/Helper Applications / READ: Application Requirements

In order for your application to be considered, you must have:
Having formatting in your application will make it much more likely to be accepted faster.

  • What position you are signing up for. (available positions are moderator and helper)
  • Your ingame name.
  • How long/often you play on the server.
  • Any current ranks you may have.
  • Timezone (no, not your location or time. TIMEZONE)
  • Why you want to be a mod, and what you'll bring to the table as a mod
  • Previous experience or other servers you currently moderate.
You may also want to familiarize yourself with what you get when you sign up.

Ban Appeals / Ban Appeal Requirements

There are requirements your appeal must meet in order for the admins to consider it.

1. Must contain in-game username. (This should be obvious)
2. Specify the reason you think your ban was unjust.
3. You must be telling the truth as unbiased as possible. We'll be able to check the server logs, so don't bother lying.
4. If possible, include the time it happened as exact as possible.

These apply to all boards unless specifed otherwise!

1. No spam, pryamid schemes, or advertising (other servers, etc.).

2. No excessive swearing, or typing in all capitals.

3. No flaming.

4. Please only use english on the message boards. You can PM in any language you wish.

5. No adult content, gore, or gross stuff. I shouldn't have explain this.

Be sure to check this often, as it will probably change without notification.
